Process

• Analyze objective hearing`s characteristic and requirements.
• To Define task and actions that the web site`s users will made and the logic navigation.
• Representative tests to user: we observed the real user`s behavior with the objective public`s profile while they use the Web site, and identified the troubles that they experiment to reach its objectives and to have a good experience of navigation.
• To structure the information and its sequential presentation`s form according to the knowledge that we obtain from the users requirements.
