Process
Deep evaluation made by experts:

  • Heuristic analysis: method with which we evaluated a Web site or Intranet about the usability`s established principles (the heuristic one). Several experts of Fidenet identify separately and jointly evaluate the problems that are not obvious to the users.
  • Competitive analysis: we evaluated the user`s experience in the client`s Web site and in the competitors to discover the best practices and to make its tasks of benchmarking.
  • Representative tests to user: we observed the real user`s behavior with the objective public`s profile while they use the Web site, and identified the troubles that they experiment to reach its objectives and to have a good experience of navigation.
  • Prototypes Analysis: we made tests with users using different prototypes on screen or paper forms. These tests are made in the projects` initial phases and allow to obtain an important saving costs on the development.
  • Online website analysis: The users interacts with a Web site that already exists or Intranet, analyzing the accomplishment of specific tasks and their experience in an exploratory navigation.

Results: The process concludes with a detailed report of the improvements that set out and its implementation.
